How do I setup my Bulk Service account?

Bulk Service with Upgrade Option:

If your property has provided you with fiber-optic Internet at no cost to you then you’re considered to be on our bulk service. You have been provided a symmetrical connection at one of the following speeds: 100Mbps, 300Mbps, or 600Mbps.

As a bulk customer you must complete the following steps to be successfully setup with Arvig MultiWav.

  1. Create an account with Arvig MultiWav by visiting MultiWav.com and clicking on ORDER SERVICE
  2. Verify your e-mail address (e-mail may be in spam/junk folder)
  3. Login to your account and click on GET SUPPORT
  4. Provide a credit/debit card for future upgrade scenarios (this is a required step, but if you stay on tier provided you will not be charged)
  5. If you’d like to upgrade your service tier please do so by logging into your account and clicking on MANAGE FIBER  (each tier will cost an additional $10 per month)

Note: If you choose to not complete the above steps your connection will still be active, however it will be very difficult for us to properly serve you.  You will also not receive important notifications from us regarding your service and any planned/unplanned service outages.

 

Bulk Service with no Upgrade Option:

If your property has provided you with 100mbps or 1000Mbps fiber-optic Internet at no cost to you and with no option to upgrade your speed, then you’re considered to be on our standalone bulk service.

As a bulk customer you must complete the following steps to be successfully setup with Arvig MultiWav.

  1. Create an account with Arvig MultiWav by visiting MultiWav.com and clicking on ORDER SERVICE
  2. Verify your e-mail address (e-mail may be in spam/junk folder)
  3. Login to your account and click on GET SUPPORT

Note: If you choose to not complete the above steps your connection will still be active, however it will be very difficult for us to properly serve you.  You will also not receive important notifications from us regarding your service and any planned/unplanned service outages.
